Emergency pipe bursts, drain clogs, water heater failures — we answer every call and guarantee a licensed plumber at your door within 90 minutes. Day or night.
A snapshot of what's actually behind the trucks. Every number here has paperwork to back it up — invoices, permits, licenses, BBB reports, insurance certificates.
Founded March 2012 by Marcus Delgado. Same ownership, same number, same shop on Trade Center Blvd. Continuity is rare in this trade.
Every job ticketed, photographed before and after, and stored in our system. Pull up any address we've worked on — we know what's behind your wall.
Seven licensed master plumbers — every truck rolls with one. No journeymen-only crews, no apprentices unsupervised on emergency calls. Ever.
Trailing 90-day average across all "active leak" emergency calls. The 90-minute promise is the ceiling — actual is much faster.
Full re-pipes since 2012 — copper and PEX, single-family and multi-family. Every one carries our 25-year material warranty.
A+ rating maintained since 2014. Zero unresolved complaints on file. Accreditation pulled directly from BBB Central Texas chapter.
We don't say "we'll get back to you." Every service tier has a defined response window — so you know exactly when to expect us.

Every plumber on our crew holds a current Texas State Board license, not just an apprentice card. License numbers visible on every invoice, every truck door, every business card.
Bad water kills fixtures faster than any clog. We test pH, hardness, chlorine and lead on every install — written report in your inbox before we leave the driveway.
No hourly billing tricks. You see the total price before we touch a wrench. If we discover something extra, we stop and re-quote with you in the room — never silently rack up labor.
Drop cloths on every floor. Shoe covers indoors. Vacuum the worksite before we leave. If you find debris, hair, or muddy prints from us — that visit is free. No questions, no asterisks.
Real-time visibility into our emergency dispatch — how many crews are active, where they are, and estimated wait times for new calls.

We don't just say "the Austin area." Here's exactly where our trucks are stationed, the neighborhoods we know cold, and the ZIP codes we cover for the 90-minute emergency response.
Older slab homes with 1950s galvanized supply lines and frequent slab leaks. We know which streets sit on shifting clay — and which contractors built quietly bad lines.
Bungalows with original cast-iron drains under hardwood floors. We sweep line-locate every job before we cut. Hardwood patch-up specialists on call.
Newer construction, mostly PEX. Our truck stationed at 1431 covers the Northwest sector — average response time on emergencies is under 50 minutes here.
Mix of ranch and 2000s tract housing. Hard water is the silent killer here — we install more whole-house softeners in this corridor than anywhere else we serve.
Pulled directly from our public review profiles. Every name, every neighborhood, every job type is real — none of these are paid testimonials.
"Burst pipe under the kitchen at 11pm. Marcus picked up on the second ring. Tech was at our door in 47 minutes — kid worked clean, gave us the flat-rate before he started, didn't try to upsell. Felt like calling a friend who happens to be a plumber."
"We had three other plumbers quote our re-pipe. CopperPro wasn't the cheapest — they were the only ones who actually walked the attic and showed me where the cuts would be. Twenty-five-year warranty in writing. Job took 3 days, zero drywall mess. Worth every dollar."
"Tankless water heater install. Reyes showed up early, ran new gas line and venting cleaner than the original. Permits filed same day. Free water test after — found we had high hardness, gave us the softener quote with no pressure to add it on."
"Sewage backup, Saturday morning, two kids in the house. Vasquez was there in under an hour with the camera and the jetter. Found roots in the main line, gave me the option to repair vs spot-replace, walked me through both. Picked the repair, lifetime fix. Insurance paid out clean."
"Ran our restaurant grease line for 9 years and we never had a serious clog until last winter. Kim came out, did the camera inspection in front of me, showed me the spot in the line that had warped. Replaced 6 feet, back open in 4 hours. Health inspector cleared us same week."
"Slab leak detection. Two other companies said the only fix was tearing up the foundation. Morales came out, used acoustic and thermal imaging, found the leak inside an hour. Spot repair through a 12-inch hole. Foundation untouched. Saved us probably twenty grand."
A burst pipe at 2am is not a "submit a quote request" situation. We built this company around answering the phone — every time, at every hour.
Marcus Delgado started as an apprentice in his father's shop in 1998, working East Austin slab leaks and septic conversions before there were YouTube tutorials to lean on. He earned his journeyman license in 2003, his master's in 2009, and opened CopperPro Plumbing on March 12th, 2012, with one used Ford E-250 and a borrowed snake machine.
Fourteen years later, the company runs seven master plumbers, four trucks, and a 24/7 dispatch line that's never gone unanswered. Marcus still rolls on emergency calls in his old neighborhoods — Mueller, Holly, Rosewood — and still hand-signs every invoice that goes out the door. He's a third-generation Austinite, raised three kids in Travis Heights, and refuses to grow the company past the point where he stops knowing every customer's name.
Pulled from our 1,200+ phone calls last quarter — the questions that come up over and over before someone books their first job.
The four signs that point to a slab leak (one of them is your water bill, but most people miss the other three). What to check in under 10 minutes before you call anyone.
