◆ Industry demo · Lawn Care & Landscaping

Lawn care clients pick whoever they can reach — your site needs to convert quotes into signed recurring contracts.

The lawn care buyer is comparison-shopping 3–4 local companies. They need a price, a start date, and proof you show up. Your website has to answer all three before they move on.

Fictional mockup — built to demonstrate what we ship for lawn care & landscaping businesses

◆ Why this build, for lawn care & landscaping

Lawn care clients pick whoever they can get on a recurring schedule — your site needs to convert the quote request into a signed recurring contract.

The lawn care buyer is comparison-shopping 3–4 local companies simultaneously. They're not reading your "About" page. They're asking: what does it cost, can you start next week, and do you actually show up when you say you will? Your website has to answer all three.

Three ways lawn care sites lose the contract: a "get a free quote" form with no price transparency (they move on to the guy who gave them a number), no service-area map, and testimonials with no last name or neighborhood — unverifiable.

What this build does differently

  • Instant estimate calculator: Lot size + frequency = a price range on-screen. Not a binding quote, but an anchor that eliminates the "I'll get a few quotes" hesitation.
  • Service area map with ZIP codes: A visual map showing exactly which areas you serve — nothing loses a lead faster than a phone call that ends with "sorry, we don't go that far."
  • Before/after gallery by job type: Lawn transformations, landscaping installs, irrigation systems — organized so prospects can find their scenario and see a result.
  • Recurring plan landing page: A dedicated page explaining weekly vs. bi-weekly vs. monthly plans, what's included, and how the seasonal schedule works — converts one-time mows to annual contracts.
  • Review collection automation: After each service, the CRM sends a Google Review request via SMS — built into the ClickUp + n8n automation stack we wire up on every Site + CRM build.

What we deliberately leave out

  • Pricing tiers on the homepage without the calculator context — without the lot-size qualifier, all prices look wrong to all clients.
  • Stock photos of perfect lawns in English country gardens — clients in Phoenix or Houston want to see lawns that look like theirs, not a BBC period drama.

How the same pattern adapts to your operation

The instant-estimate pattern works for HVAC (diagnostic fee transparency) and security (package tier anchors). Show the buyer a number before they pick up the phone, and the call is 80% converted before it starts.
